At our hotel, guaranteed reservations ensure that bookings will not be deleted even in case of a late arrival (after 6 pm). Upon booking via the internet, we request a credit card guarantee in each case. Upon booking certain arrival dates and hotel rates, an advance payment is required.

We recommend you to inform our reception about your request for an early check-in or a late check-out at least one day before your arrival or departure. Depending on availability, our colleagues at the reception desk will give you information about the relating possibilities and conditions. If the early check-in or late check-out is not possible on the requested date, the free luggage storage room of the hotel is available for you.
To be entitled to a free booking cancellation, the hotel must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. The cancellation terms may also be subject to the date of the arrival and the room type. If the cancellation occurs late (within 24 hours), a night stay will be charged on the guest’s account by the hotel. Children up to 2 years of age can stay in a room with their parents free of charge. Extra beds for children are free, however, having an extra bed is only possible in certain rooms. We provide baby cot for young children for free.
The hotel allows guests to keep dogs or cats in the hotel rooms under certain rules.
Pets can stay in the hotel for an additional charge of 15 EUR/day (pet food is not included).
