AIR-CONDITIONING
Our hotel is air-conditioned. For your convenience you will find an individually controllable air-conditioner in the hotel room. In order to ensure effective operation of the air-conditioning system, please keep the windows closed. 
ANTI-ALLERGENIC PILLOWS 
The Anti-Allergenic pillows are available on request at the reception. Please contact our staff at the Reception.
ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival your room is available from 3.00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we cannot guarantee that your room is available, but our staff will do their outmost to hand over the room as soon as possible. If you are planning to arrive earlier than the official check-in time, please inform the hotel reservation staff in advance. On the day of departure please vacate the room latest by 11.00 a.m. If you require late check-out, please contact reception. If the hotel occupancy rate is high, a surcharge may be applied for late check-out.

Start your day well at our rich breakfast buffet bar in the hotel’s breakfast room. Breakfast price: 3.500 HUF / person / day. Buffet breakfast is available every day between 7.00 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.
BREAKFAST TO GO
If you wish to leave the hotel before 7.00 a.m., please inform the reception until 12 a.m. one day before you leave. So that next morning we can offer you a cold breakfast to go. 
CALLING ANOTHER GUEST ROOM 
For calling another guest room, please press 0 + room number button on the desktop telephone. If you do not know the number, please contact reception by dialling extension 1 and you will be put through to the requested extension. 
CAR RENTAL

CCTV
For the safety of our guests we are operating CCTV cameras in the common areas of the hotel.
CHARGES TO YOUR ROOM 
Consumption in the lobby bar and purchases in our gift shop can be charged to your room. Prior to your departure you are kindly requested to sign the confirmation of the charges. The hotel can pre-authorize the guest’s credit card for any charges incurred during the hotel stay.
CHECK-OUT
On your departure date we kindly request you to vacate your room latest by 11.00 a.m. If you require late check-out, the time of vacating the hotel room can be modified. If the hotel occupancy rate is high, a surcharge may be applied for late check-out.
COAT HANGER
Coat hangers are located in the wardrobe. If you require additional coat hangers, please call reception by dialling extension 1.
COTS
Cots are available free of charge in our hotel. Please contact our staff at the Reception.

“DO NOT DISTURB” 
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the “Do not disturb” sign on your door handle from the outside. If you wish not to receive any phone calls during this time, please contact reception. In compliance with the Rules of the House we do not disclose room numbers to visitors.

FIRE PROTECTION
Please read carefully the fire protection information located in your room and locate the emergency exits. On the corridors green signs will indicate the shortest route to the emergency exits. If you detect fire, please call reception by dialling extension 1. Visibly marked fire extinguishers and red fire alarm cabinets are located on every floor of the hotel. Do not use the lift. Via the staircase you can access the ground floor and then the entrance of the hotel.


FIRST AID
Our receptionists will assist in giving first aid. Receptionist shall not give out any medication.
FLOWER
If you wish to order flowers, please dial number 1 or contact our Reception.
GROUPS
If you arrive as member of a group, prior to your departure please settle your individual bill at reception.
GUEST FEEDBACK 
In our hotels and at Accent Hotels we truly care about your customer experience. We would be grateful if you are willing to give us a little time and share your opinion and experience with us. Please fill in the questionnaire located in your room. Thank you for your cooperation. 
HAIRDRYER
Hairdryers are located in every bathroom, attached to the wall. 
HEATING
A central heating system is operated in the hotel. In our guest rooms the optimum room temperature is set according to the weather conditions. 
HOUSEKEEPING, REPLACEMENT OF TOWELS 
Our housekeepers are cleaning the rooms every day of the week, in the afternoons. Bedding is replaced every three days. If you require the replacement of the bedding, please dial number 1. In order to protect our environment, we replace your towels upon request. If housekeeping finds your towels hang up, they will not replace them. If housekeeping cannot access your room for daily housekeeping purposes (due to the “Do not disturb” sign), you can request clean towels and toilet paper from reception after 4.00 p.m.

INFORMATION BROCHURES

INTERNET
In our guest rooms and in the communal areas broadband wireless internet services are provided to our hotel guests free of charge.
IRONING

KEY CARD
Upon your departure please submit your room key card at reception. If you lose your key card, a 5 EUR fee will be charged by reception after every key card lost.
LAUNDRY SERVICES
If you submit your clothing items placed in the laundry bag, to be found in the wardrobe, by 9.00 a.m. at reception, your cleaned items will be available next morning from 10.00 a.m. at reception. Please review our laundry tariffs, which are listed on the price list located in your wardrobe alongside the laundry bag. 
LEFT LUGGAGE STORAGE 
Self-service, keypad entry luggage storage is located on the -1 floor. For more information, please contact our staff at the Reception.
LIFT
All hotel floors are accessible by lift.
LOBBY BAR
Our lobby bar offers various alcohol-free and alcoholic drinks 24/7. For more information view the drink list of our bar. 
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS 
Please contact reception regarding any items found. Except for perishable goods, we store any items found for a period of six months free of charge. We are pleased to forward you any lost and found items, upon the reimbursement of the postal charges in advance.

MOBILE PHONE 
Use of mobile phones is permitted within the entire territory of the hotel. We would however kindly request our guests to use their mobile phones discreetly in the breakfast room of the hotel and in other communal areas. For the convenience of our guests, we would kindly request our guests to avoid any extremely loud phone conversations and talk.
MONEY EXCHANGE 
Hotel bills can be settled in Euros, but our hotel does not offer money exchange services. Please contact reception for more information on the nearest bank, money exchange services and opening hours.
NON-SMOKING ROOM
All rooms and premises of the hotel are non-smoking. We kindly respect you to take this into consideration and comply with this provision. Otherwise you will be obliged to pay a compensation amount.

Our hotel welcomes your pets. A surcharge will be applied. If you have brought your pet with you, please hang the “Dog” sign on the door handle in order to indicate to housekeeping services, whether your pet is in the room or not.

POSTCARD
Reception offers free of charge postcards depicting our hotel. 
POST OFFICE 
The closest post office is located on the opposite side of the hotel’s street (Teréz körút), but you can also hand over your postcards and letters supplied with stamps to reception staff. If you receive any incoming mail, it will be available for you at reception. 
RAILWAY STATION
The Western Railway Station is located on the opposite side of the hotel. Please contact reception for more information about orders, timetables.

Reception is at your disposal 24/7 in person or via your desktop telephone by dialling extension 1. 
SAFE, LIABILITY 
We would kindly request you to store your valuables in the room safe. The hotel does not assume liability for valuables stored outside the safe. Please consult the safe instructions attached to the safe. Reception also offers a central safe for storing your smaller sized valuables if required.
SECURITY MEASURES 
Please lock the door when you leave the room and when you go to sleep.
SEWING KIT 
Sewing kits are available in the hotel shop at a surcharge. 
SHOE POLISH
On the ground floor of the hotel you will find a shoe polishing machine, which is available to our guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the entire territory of the hotel. Smoking is allowed 5 metres from the entrance area of the hotel.

If you have special dietary requirements regarding breakfast, please indicate such requests every day to reception and our staff will assist you further.

Hungary is located in the Central European time zone, which is 1 hour ahead of the universal time coordinated (UTC+1). Please contact reception for information about the current local time.
TIPS
In Hungary, in absence of a uniform regulation in place, the hotel and restaurant prices are exclusive of service charges. If you are satisfied with the level of the services, tips are always welcome. The generally accepted tip is around 10 to 15 percent of the total invoice amount. 
TOILETRIES
Shaving kit, hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste and ladies hygiene bags are available for sale in our shop. 
UMBRELLA
We offer umbrellas free of charge at reception for our guests, and in our shop located next to reception umbrellas are also available for sale.
