Consumption in the lobby bar and purchases in our gift shop can be charged to your room. Prior to your departure you are kindly requested to sign the confirmation of the charges. The hotel can pre-authorize the guest’s credit card for any charges incurred during the hotel stay.
On your departure date we kindly request you to vacate your room latest by 11.00 a.m. If you require late check-out, the time of vacating the hotel room can be modified. If the hotel occupancy rate is high, a surcharge may be applied for late check-out.

Via the staircase you can access the ground floor and then the entrance of the hotel.

HOUSEKEEPING, REPLACEMENT OF TOWELS
Our housekeepers are cleaning the rooms every day of the week, in the afternoons. Bedding is replaced every three days. If you require the replacement of the bedding, please dial number 1. In order to protect our environment, we replace your towels upon request. If housekeeping finds your towels hang up, they will not replace them. If housekeeping cannot access your room for daily housekeeping purposes (due to the “Do not disturb” sign), you can request clean towels and toilet paper from reception after 4.00 p.m.
