ACCENT FILTERED WATER
As part of our sustainability efforts, a bottle of filtered water is provided in your room upon arrival, which is not replenished during your stay. You are welcome to refill it at the filtered water station located near the hotel entrance, or fill your own reusable bottle before heading out to explore the city.
If you do not have your own bottle, reusable bottles are available for purchase in the shop next to Reception.
We kindly ask you not to take the provided bottle home, so that we can continue working together to protect our environment and reduce plastic waste.

AIR-CONDITIONING
Our hotel is air-conditioned. For your convenience you will find an individually controllable air-conditioner in the hotel room. In order to ensure effective operation of the air-conditioning system, please keep the windows closed.

ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival your room is available from 3.00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we cannot guarantee that your room is available, but our staff will do their outmost to hand over the room as soon as possible. If you are planning to arrive earlier than the official check-in time, please inform the hotel reservation staff in advance. On the day of departure please vacate the room latest by 11.00 a.m. If you require late check-out, please contact reception. FIRE PROTECTION
Please read carefully the fire protection information located in your room and locate the emergency exits. On the corridors green signs will indicate the shortest route to the emergency exits. If you detect fire, please call reception by dialling extension 1. Visibly marked fire extinguishers and red fire alarm cabinets are located on every floor of the hotel. Do not use the lift. Via the staircase you can access the ground floor and then the entrance of the hotel.

HOUSEKEEPING, REPLACEMENT OF TOWELS
Our housekeepers are cleaning the rooms every day of the week, in the afternoons. Bedding is replaced every three days. If you require the replacement of the bedding, please dial number 0. In order to protect our environment, we replace your towels upon request. If housekeeping finds your towels hang up, they will not replace them. If housekeeping cannot access your room for daily housekeeping purposes (due to the “Do not disturb” sign), you can request clean towels and toilet paper from reception after 3.00 p.m.

KEY CARD
Upon your departure please submit your room key card at reception. If you lose your key card, a 5 EUR fee will be charged by reception after every key card lost.
LAUNDRY SERVICES
If you fill in the laundry list and place your items in the laundry bag and give it to our reception until 08:50 AM then your cleaned, ironed items will be returned to your room before 06:00 PM. If given later then only the next day we are able to do the laundry and the items will be returned before 06:00 PM next day. During the weekend the laundry service is not available.

LIBRARY
Next to our reception you can find a library and a reading corner, here you can rent books anytime or even donate books for future guests.

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS

TIPS
In Hungary, in absence of a uniform regulation in place, the hotel and restaurant prices are exclusive of service charges. If you are satisfied with the level of the services, tips are always welcome. The generally accepted tip is around 10 to 15 percent of the total invoice amount.
